"Quiet, beautiful, clean streets. Neighbors are always waving, coming over to talk, and American flags welcomed. Trails and good streets for riding bikes and long walks. No police activity and you can always count on people looking out for you and your family. Great garage sales. Flowers and green lawns fill the majority of homes. "

"It’s quiet and there are not any homeless people walking around. The community is on a hill that overlooks the entire city so you have an amazing view anytime of the day"
