"We have Easter egg hunts every year, neighborhood potlucks, meet ups at the park, fitness bootcamp at the park, etc. so much! Friendly, amazing neighborhood where there are a lot of young kids around :) "

"Lots of families with young kids moving to neighborhood. Kids are out riding their bikes, playing and walking around all the time. Can be hit or miss streets. Lots are not very big to remodel or add on to existing properties. "

"every one has very nice maintained front yards with a huge variation of vegetation and uniqueness. I like to see all the friendly people taking walks with family and pets. I had a bad run of my cat escaping and neighbors even on different streets were so helpful and genuinely concerned. This makes for a desirable neighborhood in turn making it unique. "
