"Youngtown used to be. retirement community, then they relaxed the age limit and allowed families. Since then, the 'Town' has basically filed bankruptcy, dissolved the police department and used the MCSO for 'Law Enforcement'. Good luck."

"people look out for each other. family friendly, especially with the park. love the block parties and have never lived in a neighborhood that did that. the HOA does a decent job of enforcing restrictions. also, the Easter party and all the things like movie in the park are so cool."

"I have lived in this neighborhood for over 6 years. people are friendly, mostly older people with some younger. next to sun city , entertainment is not far as well as cafes and fine dining."
