There may be two square footage numbers associated with a property. "square footage heated and total square footage"

Generally, a screened porch would not be included in the "heated square footage" number but it could be included in the "total square footage." As a seller, it would be beneficial to disclose that the screened porch was included in the total square footage number if that was the case. - Yesterday, 07:28
