Like Glenda said. Be sure to talk with someone about actual sale price and amount seller may have paid towards closing costs. I would recommend talking to a local agent in the area you are talking about. Hope this helps!

The two sites I like the most are cyberhomes.com and zillow.com.
These sites will not break the sale down into sales price and concessions paid to the buyer. You will onlyl get sales price.
