Piedmont is a growing community. You are correct, for the most part there are not any rental properties.

Here is a link to a home 4BR 2 Bath Home for rent in Piedmont ISD - the newer elementary school - Stoneridge. The neighborhood is directly across the street from the school so you could walk. Additionally there is a junior olympic size community pool.

I haven't seen any homes recently for rent in Piedmont recently. I just did a little bit of research to see if I could find anything and was only able to find 1. It's a 4 bed, 3 full bath, 1 living, 2 dining, 3 car garage with a fireplace and built in 2008. They are asking $2,100/month. If it sounds like something you are interested feel free to give me a call and I'll give you some more information on it. I was raised out in Piedmont and could call a couple of people I know to see if they know of any additional rentals if you can tell me what you are looking for.
