Sebastian would be a great choice for you. Great schools, active football, baseball, etc. for kids. The prices are right in your range! Martin County (Stuart, Jensen Beach, Palm City) has always had great schools! And, with the low growth rules that the county has in place, it will not become the next Ft Lauderdale or West Palm Beach! Beaches are only a short drive from almost anywhere in Martin County, too!
I grew up in Martin County, and while it has grown since then, it still has that small, hometown feel to it. There are lots to choose from in the price range you are looking for...
