Have you moved to Martinsburg yet? We have a huge townhouse (approximately 2700 square feet) that we are looking to sell in Bunker Hill, WV (right in the middle of Winchester and Martinsburg). We're asking about $149,000 for it (we paid $226,000). It has a huge master bedroom, with cathedral ceilings, large walk in closet, seperate shower and tub, double sinks. Hardwood floors in the living room. Deck and fenced in yeard. Here is the listing: http://www.realtor.com/search/listingdetail.aspx?loc=99+lomb…

This is the best site I've found for comparing cost of living. http://cgi.money.cnn.com/tools/costofliving/costofliving.html

If we are talking total cost of living, they are probably similar. Housing Costs and taxes are lower in WV. However, Gas and sales taxes are lower in VA. A great website to check out for greater detail is http://neighborhoods.homeseekers.com/. If you need any help or have any other questions, don't hesistate to let me know!
