What you need to do is interview several builders who build the type of home you are interested in constructing. I can be of assistance if you would like a few builder referrals. Just ask.

I would recommend that you contact the Home Builders Association of Louisville http://(www.hbal.com, 502-429-6000) to see what you can glean from their files. While I am a Realtor and Auctioneer, I am also an Associate Member of HBAL. Your question is much more likely answered by an HBAL member than a Realtor.
