Hi there,
Williston, VT—1 single family home sold through MLS in March with a sales price that was 95.5% of asking price. The average sales price was $550,000 (there was only one, though). The average days on market was 83. The number of homes sold last March was 8 with an average of 86 days on market and with an average sales price of $345,000 (this is a more realistic price range for sale prices in Williston). Prices have come down about 10% from last year.
