We are relocating here at the end of the summer. Most likely we'll only be there for 2 years or so. We'd like to buy a modest priced house as our primary residence and then keep it as a rental once we leave. It seems the university is growing and there will be a continual demand for homes in the future.
With summer upon us, many students that graduated have their homes on the market. The secret to getting it sold is to price it right, and strive toward having it in excellent showing condition., With these two areas being met, the property will move. The West Lafayette market is very strong this year.
