I'm looking to buy an investment property whats the best way to go about determining the after repair value
of a particular property? I tried using sites like realquest and cyberhomes but their values vary in price alot.

The best way to find any value is find a Realtor in the trenches...we know what is selling where and for what.
It isn't always an exact science. Be careful, repair cost are usually higher than return on investment.

FIRST ANSWER
Those online valuation sites do not provide accurate information to determine value of real estate. If fact the two you mentioned aren't even close. The best way to determine after repair value, or even as is (before repair) value, is to get an appraisal.
