My Team currently has 3 Short Sales under contract (on the buyer side), just closed on 1 (on the buyer side) and 1 short sale (we are on the seller side) currently listed in the 32837 Vista Lakes area.

We also have 2 Short Sales currently in negotiations with the lenders (we are on the seller side) and should have the answers in the next few weeks as all the information needed by the lenders is in, successful in last few months closing Short Sales and REO's for sellers.
