We bought a lot in Havenwood (1acre) but have a change of heart in moving there. Do you know of a realtor?

who specializes in lot re-sells? It is a flat piece of land with no development. How long do you think it will take to sell it?

Hello Linda,

My name is Brad Gore and I work for Bluegreen Communities here in New Braunfels. Unfortunately for us, Bluegreen does not permit the sales reps to sell resales. However, I have a couple of contacts, one of whom formerly worked for Bluegreen and I TRUST him to help you out. There have been some other agents/former reps who have promised the world to our property owners and failed to deliver.

Another aspect to consider is that we still have a number of lots (60+) to sell at Havenwood, and this IS A BUYER'S market. Depending on what you paid, you would be competing with us, and that is something that Aja brought up earlier.

Please contact me Wednesday, or at your convenience, at my office at 830-305-0607, or email me a brad.gore@bluegreencorp.com.

Thanks Linda and I hope to hear from you.

Sincerely,
Brad Gore

Call George or Judy Stockstill at 830**237-1277. They specialize in Hill Country Real Estate and are a pleasure to work with. Lots are not always easy to sell and of course it always depends on price. The lower you price it the faster it will sell. The higher you price it typically the longer it takes to sell.

Hi Linda,

I did a search in the MLS (multiple listing service) to see if there had been other resale lots in Havenwood. There was only 1 -- it sold for $62,500 and sold in 79 days. It can be challenging when the development is still new. If you bought it early on and at a low enough price, you could be in good shape. I'd be happy to help you in any way I can. Our company does residential, land, commercial, farm and ranch, you name it.

Hope that helps!
