Marah,

Can you be more specific about the issue? It is hard to answer without knowing all the details. Did the listing expire or did both of you agreed to cancell the listing agreement? Did yoiu re-list the property with a different broker?

If the property is currently listed with another broker, the previous broker can show it while representing a buyer. Unless you specifically request that he does not enter your property, which you can do.

Hi Marah,
Well, if you have it re-listed with another brokerage, the prior Listing Agent may still show the property only as a Buyer's Agent. You might be able to put in the new listing that that particular agent may not show the home. If you have not re-listed the home, they may not show it at all.

Good Luck,

You do not say whether or not you relisted with another broker. If you did relist with another broker then any Broker in the same community can show your listing if the new broker is cooperating.
If you have removed your propertry from the market then No one has the right to show it for sale without your permission.
Hope this helps
