Your two best options are :
1. Have the home appraised by a licensed appraiser. This is quite reliable and will cost approximately $250-$350.
2. As Lisa mentioned, request a market analysis from a real estate professional. This will be done at no cost to you and should be a good reflection of the current value of your property.
