I would have your agent keep track of this to ensure it doesn't "accidentally" go to auction. Hopefully the auction date has been postoned and will remain postponed until you close. I saw that it was still contingent in MLS so not even sure you still have your offer in. Best of luck!

You need to have your agent talk with the listing agent. Short sales can just take time, and agents handle them differently. Some agents submit all offers as they come in and some just do one at a time.

You won't be able to talk with the bank because the seller has to sign a release as their financial information is confidential. Make sure your agent is staying on top of the listing agent and getting status updates from them.
