Kassi perhaps you need to connect with a good realtor who can check the local mls for leasees or lease options. A good realtor can also connect you wih a mortgage lender who can rrrview you credit file and be able to tell you where you are at as far aspurchasing a new home. Usually it takes 2 years to purchase a home after a bankruptcy.

You can ask a realtor to set up an multiple listing search with "lease option" being search words. Also, have you looked at craigslist.org? There are usually people posting lease options there.
