I am thinking of transfering back home. I am seeking a comfortable home for me and my family in Hawaii. I am interested in moving to the Mililani area because my brother lives around there.

Mililani is a wonderful community; I have been a resident here since 1976. The inventory in Mililani is dropping, as it is such a desireable place in which to live. Occasionally there are properties available that are exceptional values because of pricing and/or Seller's motivated terms. When you are ready to start looking, let me know; I will be happy to assist you.

Hi,

You may be able to find something. I just found a 3 bedroom townhouse in Mililani for a military family.
You have to qualify for a loan though. In the good 'ole days you could transfer loans, but not any more. You may be able to find a military seller though and work something out with their existing VA loan.

Since your BAH is nontaxable, it's a good move. The interest you pay is deductible from your basic pay and other taxable allowances. BAH rates:

Let me know if you have any further questions. I am retired military (22 years). You can also get home listings sent to you automatically by email, just to see what's out there:

As a licensed realtor I assist many buyers and I could refer you to some lenders that could help you with your loan questions. You can use the link to access my website to view mortgage information, if you would like.

Hi Ladyditavai,
I head up a real etate investment company and may be able to assist you in purchasing one of our properties or any other on the market. Mililani is a great community. I live in town now, but I grew up there. You will enjoy it. Please let me know if I can help out you in anyway.
