can i write off 100% with a lease purchase?
i want to know if i do a lease purchase in a company name can i write off 100% of it on my taxe ?

If you live in it, I am guessing No!
Like a home office, you can only deduct the portion actually used for business.
FIRST ANSWER
That is a question that requires an answer from your accountant. The default answer would be yes, but if you actually do take the option to purchase if that is the case, not neccessarily so on the 100 %.
