I would check in surrounding areas before purchasing to make sure you will indeed get your best bang for the buck buying in town right now.

My husband & I do! We first came to the building during the early part of this year and spoke with the sales agent after touring the models. At that time, we were not qualified to buy and the agent was very helpful -he explained to us what we needed to do to make it work. We came back in March and our situation had bettered & we ended up purchasing. We love our new place and have already met the association board. Everyone there has been very nice - the residents, the sales/management staff, and the concierge & security. The building is filling up quick too - there were four new people moving in just last week.
