There are quite a few Realtors in the area who can help you locate what you are looking for. You'll want to contact a Realtor, and interview them for the job. Some key questions to ask; Are you a full time Realtor?, Are you familiar with investment properties?. The reason those two questions are key are because if they don't do this full time, they probably don't have an understanding of what's going on in the market everyday and if they don't do investment deals on a regular basis they may end up leaving some of your money on the table because of lack of knowledge. Now if you talk to a Realtor and they can't help you, many will give you the name of someone who can, take it and interview them too. Let me know if I can help.
