Minimum bid on properties is 2/3 of appraised value.
10% of sale price is due at time of winning bid at the auction.
Failure to post 10% down at time of auction close can result in contempt of court charges being issued by presiding judge.


In todays housing market there are plenty of foreclosures presently on the market below 2/3 appraised value.
At the county foreclosure auction you are unable to enter property prior to bidding.
