MLS: 2817566
Address: 4792 Analii Street, Honolulu, HI 96821
Price: $1,069,000
If you ask me, I think there is better properties on the market for the price.
However, you should look at this property yourself; get permission from the owner because it is a Withdrawn listing. I would then suggest you look at some other properties (my listings...haha) and then make a decision.
If you are serious about your purchase , I would be glad to proceed . Did you get your visa status changed to enable you for resident status ?
Aloha:
My name is Mike Gallagher and I am a Broker in Charge at RE/MAX Honolulu.
I have taken a look at the MLS for the property in question.
My opinion is as follows:
1) Definately take a look. You will not know for sure if you do not.
2) Look for other properties in this area. This lot's value, although large is not going to be to your advantage. It is predominently terraced which means it is extremely costly to develop or change it's nature. It will be almost worthless to you as added lot size or another potential buyer.
3) This listing is in the lower part of the area. Poorer views. I would like the upper areas.
4) All prices are negotiable.
5) I would also consider MLS 2901274 or 2812603

If you are looking for a single family house close to town ( Waikiki/ UH), this home in Waialae Iki is in a great location. It was built in 1961 & remodelled in 2007, so should show fairly well. I noticed the lot is 12,309sq ft which is larger than average for being in town. While the house is rather small at 1578 sq ft (even by Hawaii standard) I would definitively give it a chance & go check it out!

Hi Vladimir,
From looking at the listing this seems like a very nice property...below are 2 links that will show you all the listings in the same neighborhood (Waialae Iki), along with a market analysis of the same area. From looking at the analysis you will see that this property (house itself) that you are looking at is the smallest in terms of sq ft. There are 3 others that are for sale on the same street, and the last one to sell sold for $876k in Oct. of 2008.

Vlad,
In the current market, any property you find appealing is worthy of investigation. You won't know until you have all of the information weather or not it is a real opportunity.
This is a time for serious buyers to explore all options, collect as much information as they can, and then make informed decisions.
Our recommendation is if the property caught your eye you should at least check it out from a superficial level. But do so with an open mind.
Good luck
The Eckler Team
