FIRST ANSWER
There is a single wide on the Newberry Neck Rd which is probably the one you saw. It's listed at $149,900 with 32.3 acres. It does have a private septic system. If you'd like more info let me know. There are a couple of other mobile homes listed in Surry. If you'd like to know more, I live right down the road.
