The current market conditions is great for buyers. Oceanside, Vista, Fallbrook and other North San Diego County cities have large inventories of homes to choose from
at very attractive prices. Today the rental market is good. I cannot forecast the rental
market in 3-6 years, except to say with Camp Pendleton we will always have Marines looking rental property.
