Go through each agents profile and website and pick one that you think you are going to be the most compatible with and you feel will work hard for you. Good Luck with your home buying process. Keep in mind that many people are looking for pool homes so there is going to be a very competitive market with them. Temeku Hills is a great area in Temecula with great association ammenties for the reasonable hoa cost. Although I will tell you, personally looking back....I would have preferred my own pool. So maybe look at lot size to perhaps put your own pool later if you choose. My sister contracted her own(she just hired everyone indivually), it came out absolutely beautiful and she saved about 15 thousand. She went to a website and talked to some people that had previously did it before she began and it was not much more work than if she hired someone. Just voicing some ideas for you to think about in the process.

Jenny, When you say you are "Ready", does this mean you are pre-qualified? Our current market is very competitive, especially for pool homes, and the best way to get your offer accepted is to view the homes as soon as they become available and if you like them put your offer in on the first few days after it is listed.
