zone heat, cac, 2 car garage, granite counter tops, stainless steel appl.) 1acre property. Asking price 360,000. What should my offer be in these economic times.

FIRST ANSWER
Offer 10% less than the asking price and be prepared to negociate, this is a buyers market but most of the houses are priced for the market and sellers are losing more than they want. It looks like you are getting a good deal for the size and everything this house has to offer. Good luck!
