Looking at a home in glen rock that needs a lot of renovations - should we expect our taxes to increase

FIRST ANSWER

Your taxes will increase, how much depends on the extent of the renovations. Check with the tax assessor in Glen Rock. they may be able to give you some idea of how much the increase might be.
