I could not find a listing for 3167 River Ridge. I did see 3009 River Ridge though. Are you sure about the address? If you need some help I can get you a top agent in Gastonia. I use to live down the road in Hickory and in Charlotte. So I do not know Gastonia but we have excellent agents in the area. Just let me know if you need any help. It seems as though the home has been sold or withdrawn their listing. I did not see anything recent at the tax website so the deed change just might not have been changed yet.

Any licensed agent can help you, better yet they can represent you and your best interests 100%, where the listing agent can not, at best they can represent you as a dual agent. Under dual agency (representing both sides) they must remain neutral. This might not always be the best situation when it comes to negotiation time.
