The City of Stillwater offers first time home buyers a $5,000 which doesn't have to be paid back and with your income you would qualify. It is a gfreat chance to get free money to hel you move into a home in a thriving community.

If you would like any more information on this program please don't hesitate to send me and email or give me a call.

Thanks

There are several counties & cities in Oklahoma that offer down payment assistance and of course a tax credit of up to $8,000 is available for qualified first-time home buyers purchasing a principal residence on or after January 1, 2009 and before December 1, 2009.
I can help you if you need more information.

Yes there are programs to help. The state offers bond money and the USDA does have a program. There are also local city/county intiatives depending on where you live. Here a couple of websites with info for the state of OK.

Please do not hesitate to contact for me for further guidance.
