Hi Gary, Insurance can be a "problem" in Florida as insurance companies will only insure so many homes in a given area so that if a storm, etc, hits a particular area the insurance company isn't "wiped out". But, that being said we do have many companies to choose from it just depends which are at saturation point in The Villages and which have openings. Usually yearly premiums average $1100-$1200 .
