How is resale of condos in teaneck in comparison to other towns in bergen and hudson county that neighbor NYC?
Currently looking at two floor 1 bedroom with 1.5 baths

FIRST ANSWER
I don't know about other counties but Bergen is definitely moving; with the rates being low and inventory being high, and the 1st time buyer credit incentive, buyers beginning to come out. Housing prices have dropped, so if you are the seller and don't have to sell, wait; if you are a buyer, go for it. if you are interested, I will be more than happy to email the info.
