Ron,
Did you ever find your waterfront home? I am looking for serious waterfront buyers right now.
Thanks,
john

Ron,
Have you tried Homesdatabase.com? or if you can google a specific address and it may show up if listed with a brokerage firm, better yet, try the website below an see what you come up with. I will be more than happy to point you in the proper direction. Agents sometimes are aware of properties that are "upcoming" or "pocket" listings where the Seller does not want to advertise. You should try an Agent.
Hope that this helps.

Ron, it truly depends on what website you are using. If you are looking for actual sales, you can always check your County records. most Counties have aspecial category for waterfront and you can look that up at your "land Use Office". If your County does not have a :Land Use Office" try a "planning and zoning", or even "Land Use and Growth Management".
you can use http://www.obrienrealty.com to search active listings in that area.
Hope this helps,

Sincerely
