Are there any homes with land on a lease / option to buy in the Brooksville area??
We are bringing one horse, two dogs and a cat. We would like to have a bit of time to look around Brooksville before buying in a hury. So, we would like to rent and have time to look. We want to buy at least a 3 BR / 2 Bth house on 3 to 5 acres. We are in Arizona on 5 acres and it will be listed Oct 1. We leave AZ depending on sale. We don;t know how to answer the "Catagory" We like being in the country but close to shopping [ 9 miles ] lilke we are now. I need to be close to trail riding and not have to trailer to go riding. Also we need to NOT be on a dirt road. Could we rent while we look for something??? Any possiblity???

I work in the Brooksville Area and in fact just put a 20 acre property under contract this past week.
Your best bet at this point is to get your property sold, and find a place to rent while you look for a permenant home here in Hernando County.
