Just discovered Trulia. Actually, the Millage Rates in Benton County are determined subdivision by subdivision = frustratingly confusing. You can phone the Benton County Courthouse and ask for the Assessor's Office if you know the name of the subdivision where the Property you're interested in is located. Be sure you can spell it for them - the subdivision names in Bella Vista are sometimes difficult to pronounce, let alone spell. Hope this helps.
