Hi Chris,

My agency has handled quite a few rentals in Hanover and the surrounding towns including East Hanover. I totally agree with Marc's answer to you. Nice blog, by the way, Marc!

Hi Chris,

I have placed a link below that will lead you to a PDF of all rentals of homes in East Hanover that have taken place in the Garden State MLS over the past year. Seems like $2,000-$2,400 would be about right if the house is in nice condition and not located near commercial uses, power lines, or on a busy road. Let me know if you need anything else.

It all depends. I can provide you with a list of recently rented properties in East Hanover and Hanover. Please email justink@remax.net . You can also visit apartments.com and look for some comparable prices. Tenants do a comparison shopping so keep these sites in mind. Please also visit my website to see the latest rentals on the market.

Well, that's a no-brainer. I'm looking for a "real estate" agent's feedback.

I would suggest you look at competitive rentals as offered on CraigsList, or local newpapers.
