5/13/09: Offer in since 1/12. Countrywide has 2 "new phases": I to negotiator. II to investors. Investors?
How much longer before CW will respond? We are only offer in. They change their policies everytime their spoken deadline comes up! But what are these new phases? The negotiator has it now. "8-10" days. That's passed. Negotiator puts a "portfolio together of files to submit to the investors who are Phase II, "8-10 days". What investors? Why? WHEN CAN WE EXPECT AN ANSWER? Are they seeking an investor to purchase the property? Purchase the loans? What? CW needs oversight before bailout money.
Yes, They do I am doing a Short sale here in Brighton as-well B.O.A. is very bad company to deal with on any level. They take so long then they tell you different answers to everything. They don't know what is going on at all.
