You must build a relationship with a bank that has these. Trying to do this now though makes you late in the game. Everyone is trying to do this now. This should of been something you should of started doing about 3 years ago. I am seeing a tons of emails now from coaches on how to teach you to get in with banks. Everyone is trying to do this right now. You may could still do it though. It is never to late. I have done some of these properties though. I will tell you it is a market that is not all great. You will barely make any money on some of these. Some banks will treat you like dirt, so you have to have tough skin. You might also be put in the position to where you have to go with the sheriff to sometimes get people out of homes or do drive by's to snap a pocture of the property and not let the owners see you. You may have to do this for 5 or 6 homes before the bank gives you one to list. I could not go with the sheriff to kick people out of there homes. It killed me, so I quit this side of the business.
