Hi Sher: Miramar covers quite a price range - but you can get something nice for $1,100 and then the prices can go up to $2,300 if you're in one of the high end communities such as Riviera Isles or Sunset Falls. However, a nice 2 or 3 bedroom townhome say in Aventine or Melrose Point goes for $1,300 - $1,400/month. A single family home a little higher.
