I am interested to avail finance for my first home purchase.

I belive that my credit score is good and never miss any payment or no problem for any financial institute like credit ard companies or banks.

My real problem is that due to family reason I have to stay most of time out of US and there is no employment record. The first job I have staretd just recently.

InitiallY due to health problem of family member I just came here to renew my greencard and return within one month.

After that since last two years I was going under training for employment oriented computer software course.
As I want to work and live in FL for ever, I need to buy home. Can I eligible for obtain FHA or any loan as first time buyer?
NOW I intend to live in FL/US for ever.
I have credit cards for 12000 $ unsecured limit. and not a single $ is outstanding today, though I use cards regularly.
What is your openion , can I get finance for home /lot purchse?

Hi Ketan,

There are several factors that are considered when qualifying for loan.

Most lenders use an automated system to determine whether a bank will give you a loan. This system rates several components - credit, employment history, rental history and assets. Based on your question, you seem to be concerned about your employment history. This is a legitimate concern but please note it is not the only factor. Were you getting paid as a trainee? How long have you been in your currently employment?

A mortgage is like a table. Your ability to obtain a loan is based on the strength of the weakest leg. What that means is while your employment may not be strong, your credit, and assets may be strong enough for the lender to give more weight to those factors. Plus, we look at your occupation. Computer software engineers appear to be in a strong employment sector.

I would be glad to speak with you to discuss your options.

Sincerely,
