I've been there for 10 years now, and it is a fantastic school. The thing that seperates it from all of the other schools is the values it instills in each of us students. I actually have attended CSH for 8 years now and I have had an amazing time. I have made incredible friendships and really have a sisterhood with each girl in my grade. There is a fair amount of work required for the school and a very high standard that will prepare you for anything you wish to accomplish

I love Sacred Heart! I started as a freshman in the Upper School last year and I have so far had an amazing experience! The girls are all so warm and friendly and very welcoming. CSH is different from any other high school because we are all like one huge family. My classmates are all friends with each
... Read more other and we rarely, if ever, have issues (which is saying something for an all-girls school). On top of all of that, they provide us with a superb education. I have friends come back from Ivy League universities and tell me how well CSH prepared them for the work and courseload of college. Quality of the academic programs are excellent. The environment in which the children are taught lends a moral perspective to learning and life. The extracurricular activities are very good and the new atheltic fields, turf fields, are being completed(2006). However, CSH still lacks an adequate gymnasium.
... Read more It is not large enough to accomodate the demand of the students. Parent involvement is encouraged and very high. The bottom line is that the children are happy, well-ajdusted, and confident with an awareness of those less fortunate. Read less

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. AP classes are specific and not to be confused with other higher-level classes such as honors classes.
Before/After School

A school or program within a school that provides services and training to students with moderate to severe mental and/or physical disabilities.
Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
