About Me

I belong to the #1 team in the Los Angeles/Miracle Mile Keller Williams for 2007 and 2008! We love working with both buyer's and sellers. As of late we have been working with a lot of short sales as the LA market is softens. Properties priced well are still going out in multiple offers. I work with a lot of buyer and seller of homes and duplex, triplex and fourplex properties. I am a Los Angeles native, when I was a child, I would always go with her mother to look at open houses all over the city of Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. It became their regular routine and continued through my adolescence. Because of my early and constant exposure to the Southern California real estate market, I have unique knowledge and insight regarding the state of Los Angeles real estate, both from a pricing standpoint and from simply knowing where dozens of neighborhoods are and knowing their history for the last 20 years. After working in the Human Resources field, I decided to make the leap several years ago to do what is my passion--helping people buy and sell real estate! I am a member of the following professional organizations: Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association (BHGLAAR), the Southland Regional Association of Realtors (SRAR), the California Association of Realtors (CAR), the International Luxury Society (ILS) which is the international arm of Keller Williams Realty, and is a certified EcoBroker, which demonstrates my intense concern for the environment and the drive to make houses in the US more green and enviro-friendly.
